Prior to the acceptance of any assignment, no matter how seemingly simple or complex, a team of highly experienced officers from our company conducts a preliminary security survey to determine the basic operational parameters, deployment of security personnel, probable threat potential and other security-related matters. A comprehensive report based on a thorough analysis of the above survey will be submitted to the client within one month after the commencement of our service. This report will include practical recommendations and guidelines which will enable the client to upgrade and enhance his prevailing security environment.
Our competent and veteran team of visiting officers conduct frequent visits to all security points to observe and supervise the conduct, alertness and vigilance of the security personnel who are on duty. These spot checks are done around the clock on an unscheduled basis to ensure all security officers stay on maximum alertness throughout their shift of duty. The Senior Operations Manager also visits all security points once a month to ensure the smooth functioning of the security details. Additionally, we also have mandatory monthly meetings with all clients to review and discuss matters pertaining to their security.
