Therefore, we at Blackwatch Security Syndicates believe that the best way to outwit and thwart the perpetrators of crime is by improving the proactive and reactive capabilities of our security officers. This is achieved by regular training programs covering both theoretical and practical aspects of modern security techniques.
All personnel, irrespective of tank or seniority… are constantly trained & lectured in all facets of industrial and commercial security, fire safety, public relations and general administration. Particular emphasis is placed on the development of discipline, integrity and loyalty. Frequent ‘country situation’ briefings are also carried out by qualified experts.
All in-house training programmes at Blackwatch are conducted at our very own training academy by a team of highly skilled, well-qualified instructors who possess an extensive military background.
In this context, officers specially selected or hazardous or specialized duties such as VIP bodyguards and drivers, armed escorts, intelligence units and cash transit teams are regularly trained and evaluated in their martial arts, driving, riding and shooting skills.
Our training academy is being continuously expanded and upgraded with the addition of more instructors, better facilities and a wider syllabus of security-related topics. Presently, the following special training programmes are extensively covered.
When the ongoing upgrading of the training academy is completed in the neat future, we hope to offer our complete portfolio of training programmes to other recognized security companies as well.
